WHO MAY FILE APPLICATION Application may be filed directly by any person or legal entity having an insurable interest in the property. A copy of the cancellation or Non-renewal notice from your present carrier must also amust be submitted to the Association . One copy of the Application and Statement of Additional Optional Coverages Not Included in the Standard Homeowner's Insurance Policy is to be retained by the applicant. You should make a copy of the completed application for your records before sending it to the Association.
